Aquanella - water treatment for self-contained eye wash units wash

The Hughes Aquanella AQ60 water treatment module provides continuous, non-chemical protection against biofilm and harmful pathogenic bacteria, including Legionella, in self-contained emergency eye washes. Designed for full immersion, each module effectively treats up to 16 gallons (60 liters) of potable water. 

The module uses a fused silica ceramic media with a silver-coated copper matrix to create an oxidizing and ionizing reaction when immersed, without imparting chemicals, compounds or metals into the water. 

• Supplied with an integral nylon retrieval cord and installation instructions for simple installation and inspection
• Effective life of up to three years offering a reliable, low-maintenance solution for maintaining water hygiene
• Regular monitoring of water quality is recommended along with semi-annual servicing to ensure optimum functionality and to help support ANSI requirements
• Users are responsible for providing potable water when filling or refilling eye wash tanks
