Terms

• Minimum hire period is one week
• Payment terms to customers with an existing account are 30 days, usual terms and conditions apply. New customers are required to make an initial payment in advance via credit card
• Delivery and collection rates are charged upon initial hire booking and vary dependent upon postcode, model and offloading facilities.
• The unit should be returned in the same state in which it was received. A cleaning fee will be charged if the unit is returned in an unfit state.

Mobile Shower Hire – Off-Hire and Return Requirements

• The Hirer is responsible for notifying Hughes when the mobile shower is no longer required and is ready for collection. Hire will not automatically terminate at the end of the intended hire period. Until Hughes has received and acknowledged the off-hire notification, the applicable hire charges may continue.
• The Hirer must ensure the shower is accessible, safely prepared and available for collection at the agreed location.
• Each mobile shower is supplied on a protective transportation pallet. The Hirer must retain the pallet throughout the hire period and ensure the shower is securely placed back on the original pallet ready for collection. The pallet must not be disposed of, damaged or altered. Failure to retain or correctly prepare the pallet may result in additional charges for replacement packaging, handling, or aborted collection.
• The unit must be returned in the condition in which it was supplied. Any damage, loss of components or misuse during the hire period may result in additional charges for repair or replacement.
