Chiller Options for Hot Climates

In hot climates it can be challenging to ensure the provision of tepid water stored within emergency tank showers. If water within the tank becomes dangerously hot due to solar radiation the casualty risks scalding and increases the chance of chemical absorption into the skin. The Hughes range of chiller units are designed to cool and maintain the water temperature to within the ANSI recommended tepid range of 16-38C.

All chiller units can be retrofitted to existing Hughes emergency tank showers or added to a new purchase.
